The "Auswertiges Amt" doesn't warn against terroristic acts but against crossing Saigon's Road.("Sorry, I don't know Ho Chi Minh at all")
With 12000 Road deaths per year, throughout the world they are rated N° 8 on statistic in 2002.
So if you want to suicide, then you should fly to Saigon(still not heard about Ho Chi Minh), and cross its roads! The Probability is about 25%.
